Mountain Lions for sure. More vicious, faster, and efficient killing machines, and they have big ass claws, none of the combatants dont. The cat could literally take any of those animals out with one well placed swipe.

A real full grown wolf is about 3-4x the size of a large pitbull, and can get up to 40 lbs heavier and 2 feet longer than the biggest hyenas.
wolves and mountain lions exist in same eco system and 9 out of 10 times wolves already kill mountain lions.
im positive most posters here are confusing wolves for coyotes or smaller wolf species.
true big grey wolves are massive. Near same size of mountain lions (although mountain lions can get bigger depending on where located but world wide average wolves are about the same).
Wolves are considered incredibly smart though compared to all 3 which is why they routinely already kill mountain lions.

Hyenas will beat anything on this list one-on-one. Group-wise, it'd be interesting to see the strategies employed by wolves and hyenas. Pits are dumb, while mountain lions are more solitary creatures.

We talking about a fight to survive in a small space. Not hunting or running into eachother in the wild becasue they would just avoid eachother for the most part. Trapped in a cage and have to fight to death im picking a hyena. shyt has 1100 pounds of bite force. And its big, agile not to mention smart, battle tested and a skilled hunter. Mountain lion will be biggest competitor but it getting bodied. Pit and wolf going to sleep early.
