i would say the trio but more so cap and ironman combo. thor(fukked up killing him and his other baggage) hulk(asswhooping and rematch) and carol(show out) will be the heavy guns to weaken him with the others for support. if everyone is brought back before defeating thanos then every hero will jump him and tony/cap will still get the final blow, but if not then the first scenario.

This would be for the best tbh I love when he comes back in the comics (Infinity (Hickman run), his role in Secret Wars, Annihilation, Thanos Imperative, shyt they can even do the latest Thanos runs Thanos Returns & Wins.

My issue with keeping Thanos around is this: What could he possibly do or try to do that would top killing half the universe?

Anything they could have Thanos do afterwards (that I can think of anyway) would be underwhelming compared to Infinity War.


Better to have the character go out in a climactic way than keep him around and have him suffer from villain decay.
