Dave

I was up on how funny Dave was in the 90s (when most nikkas wasn't...trust me I remember)

Then Martin (we talking PEAK and standup ain't everything)

Chris Rock's 1991 album had me dying but during the time most people see as his PRIME...he had already fell off and/or was toning himself down on purpose (was still good)

Robin Harris was funnier than all of them tho RIP

Voted Martin, but Rock stand-ups are all classics. Not to mention SNL.

On The Coli Chappelle will always win these debates but I’m going with Rock here.

As an actor, its easily Martin. He is the best actor out of the three and is one of the best comedic actors we have ever seen.

Dave is the best stand up to me at their peaks.

Rock is the best writer.

But funniest, its Dave.

When Martin was young (early 90s), he was the funniest. Chris Rock, out of his own mouth, said he had to follow Martin one time and there was such a commotion going on that he thought people were fighting in the audience. When looked into the crowd behind the curtain, people were laughing so hard, they were damn near hurting themselves laughing. He said he hasn't heard that much laughter from anybody's set to this day.

Listen to the two parts from Martin's Talking shyt album.

Pootie Tang is the greatest film Chris Rock's ever produced but his stand-up in his prime pales in comparison to Dave Chappelle's weakest set.

Chappelle gets it for me.

This all boils down to personal preference and your age.

For me it's Dave Chapelle hands down. But I could see why someone would vote for either of the other.

I’ve got Chappelle BARELY edging out Rock because Chappelle seems to get better as he ages and Rock, even though Tambourine was good, wasn’t GREAT. Chappelle’s four Netflix specials are all hilarious, insightful, and unflinchingly honest.

If we go Prime For Prime Chris Rock can’t be denied. Rock at one point, was considered the funniest standup comedian in the world by both Black AND White people. Dude was fukking hilarious.

I’ve honesty thought Martin has been overrated since Runtelldat. It wasn’t funny AT ALL. He lost his edge after the scandal with drugs and the Tisha Campbell fiasco.
