Pokkle. Dude didn't deserve to go out the way he did.
He brought the squad went to investigate the wrong side of the NGL and got caught slipping.
His girl went for help only to get shot in the face and savagely devoured by a Chimera Ant who was strapped.
Pokkle himself was poisoned, captured, and forced to hide in a pile of corpses butt-naked sweating like a slave.
Right before he's able to escape, a superpowered chimera is born who senses him immediately.
Dude got caught AGAIN, lobotomized, and was forced to tell the ants all about nen.
Neferpitou was picking that man's brains like chow mein at Panda Express.
He was still butt-naked, sprawled out on the operating table snitching on the human race against his will.
After that, he was butchered alive and turned into literal hamburger meat to feed their queen.

Here's a movie that seems to be mostly forgotten. U TURN with Sean Penn and Jennifer Lopez:

Bobby Cooper is a drifter in debt to a violent gangster when his car breaks down in Superior, Arizona. Stranded and broke, he meets Jake and Grace McKenna, a father and daughter who are also a married couple. They separately approach Bobby to kill the other for money.

Desperate and in fear, Bobby approaches Jake about killing Grace. He becomes attracted to Grace and agrees to kill Jake, then he and Grace can be together and use Jake's money for a new start somewhere else.

With Grace's help, Bobby kills Jake, and they leave together with $200,000. As they make their way out of Superior, the Sheriff, with whom Grace has been having an affair, stops them. Grace shoots and kills the sheriff. As they dump the bodies, Grace pushes Bobby over the cliff, severely injuring him. Grace suddenly realizes that Bobby has the car keys.

Grace makes her way down the steep incline where she and Bobby fight, and in his weakened, injured state, Bobby kills Grace. He makes the grueling journey back up the cliff with a broken leg, then starts the car, but the radiator hose bursts, and Bobby is stranded in the heat injured and dying.

These are all good and well, but the clear winner is the main character from the last American virgin. Movie is L after L. How you pawn your stuff to pay for your crushes abortion, only for her to go right back to the guy who got her pregnant immediately...oh did I forget to mention she doesn’t tell him? And he finds out as he’s about to give her a necklace.

This has to be one of the most raw movie endings of all time.
You could see the exact moment where his heart ripped in half

Adolf Reinhard - Terra Fomas

At the age of 7, Adolf with his parents joined the BUGS-2 Project. However, his parents did not survive the surgery and thus was picked up by the military and became a experimental subject for the M.O. Operation after his relatives were gone. [ Orphaned ]

Although he was able to go to school, he was kept under a strict duty of confidentiality in addition to the surveillance and health inspection.

One day while he was outside of the school eating a loaf of a bread, he met Rosa Zypries and eventually formed a relationship with her. After marrying her and having a child, Adolf was enraged to discover that the child was the result of an affair his wife was having. Adolf could not bring himself to confront or divorce his wife, afraid of losing the only person that made him feel "human". After becoming an officer he trained his recruits, becoming a father-figure for them.

Adolf's team is attacked in a valley area by the Terraformars. He desperately tries to protect his squad, even going as far as overdosing on the drug to keep his immense powers going when they become captured with the net launchers. In the process of electrocuting the roach leader and its guard via a large flag, he goes into cardiac arrest.

Soon afterwards, while remembering his last time spent with his mother, an implanted hidden explosive inside his body goes off, killing himself, Squad 5 and the Terraformars caught in the blast radius though Eva escaped unharmed thanks to her power.

Adolf's body is full of burns and scars. The left corner of his mouth has been burned off, which remains hidden thanks to his high jacket collar. His lower jaw is lined by metal, and he has metal implanted in various locations throughout his body to ground electricity flowing through. Because of his appearance, he always tried to look confident and menacing, hiding his loneliness.

From the moment he was 7 until his ultimate death at 27. His life was a revolving door of tragedy. Every other character has moments of redemption. He died an orphaned disfigured socially and emotionally stunted cuckold.
