Who should be the villain in the next Spidey movie (Spoilers!)?

For people who have seen Far from Home. The director has said he's interested in doing Kraven, but production hasn't started and that's not confirmed. Obviously Kraven would fit if Peter was on the run and being hunted down after having his identity exposed and being framed.

But that said, I dunno about Kraven. Mainly because his backstory/powers are kind of boring. But if it was up to you, which villain(s) would you like to see the MCU do in the next Spidey movie?


My first thought is that it's time for Norman Osborn but maybe they should build him up first.

Since the next movie might be them hunting Spidey I wouldn't mind Smythe and the Spider-Slayers.

Kingpin would be dope because he cares alot for Peter Parker but hates Spider man. He plays a kinda mentor/funder role to Peter like Tony stark did. He even paid for Peter and MJs wedding. Maybe him and someone else can be co villains

I'd want Venom/Carnage be the crossover movie, if we ever get there.

Build up both franchises to the point first

All signs point to Chameleon meaning however they gotta make it work, should lead to Kraven.

From there you start setting up things with Scorpion hearing the news like everyone else, and you get the sinister six in motion.

Norman should be introduced in a spidey movie, but I wouldn't make him a main villain because he's bigger than the spider-verse. He could potentially be the big bad for a new/young Avengers film if they go the Iron Patriot route instead of jumping straight to Green Goblin.

So if they do Kingpin, should they use the same guy that plays him on Netlflix Daredevil? I don't know.

He's a good actor but I don't know if he'd fit in the MCU, much less be a physical threat to Spidey like he is in the comics. But at the same time, if they did a completely different Kingpin that would pretty much make the Netflix series non-canon, which I don't really want either. Tough call.

Make it so Kingpin is owner of Daily Bugle.net and pushes propaganda for his own personal interest. JJJ is well paid conservative mouthpiece.

Kingpin uses Spidey framing as opportunity to create his own hero (Scorpion, with vulture help ) to win hearts of NY and take Spidey place. As well as take heat off illegal operations Fisk has been running.

Uses Dailey bugle to spew fake news about Spidey and frame scorpion as hero. Spidey must work to protect love ones while clearing his name and exposing scoprion jjj and kingpin.

Vulture in the back ground using Fisk tec/resources to create beginnings of what will become sinister 6 in future film(s) unbeknownst to Spidey and Fisk.

Spidey beats scorpion, Fisk loses fight but flees final fight with help from unknown Ally.

JJJ is exposed as pushing fake news and credibility in question, makes ppl second guest Mysterio footage and PP reveal. All is somewhay well. JJJ is official nutso conspiracy status and loathes Spidey but gains cult.following. avid follower and STAN of JJJ, Eddie Brock, now hates Spiderman and still believes PP is Spidey.

End credits: Vulture Mysterio Shocker break out Scoprion from Ravencroft and escape in FISK plane. Spidey swings in to stop it but can't, sees all 5 villian fly off. Cue
