I wouldn't classify foodstamps as system rape simply because you have to be living in abject poverty to qualify. The poverty level is around 12k a year.

Everyone I know has their EBT card. I know it's really easy to get here and Cali and if you say your homeless(you don't even have to be) you get it even faster.

This isn't true. You can live in your parents home and say you prepare your meals separate from them, pay rent(or say you do), and you can get some. Not alot though.

this. back in the day it had a stigma of waiting in line for free cheese and ripping stamps out of those booklets but the EBT cards changed the game.

I didn't know that. Its different everywhere. In some places you have to have a valid address to get them. Ive heard of homeless people not being able to get it. It was times my family HAD to get foodtamps growing up. It only made me grind harder. Id never wanna go back.

I guess so. I wouldn't willingly be reporting to crackas at a welfare office and have them going through all of my personal finances just to get an extra 200 dollars a month.
