Michael Jordan was a better defender than Scottie Pippen.
Pippen being better is a myth at best. It's just that Jordan's offensive exploits often overshadowed his defensive prowess. Meanwhile, Pippen wasn't a big scorer but got labeled and is now remembered as a "defender".
