Too early to tell tbh. Right now the signs point to Ja but I could see Fox turning up soon

Not enough sample size for Morant.

But he impresses me more out the gate.

neither player will win unless they leave their franchises. its that simple.
neither franchise will attract a star
none has management capable of pulling a trade for a star
and neither team is bad enough to tank and get a player that is that great in the draft
nor do i believe any team has the know how to develop talent internally like Toronto or San Antonio do

Memphis' ceiling as constructed is a 3-4 seed and WCF exit. Once the Clippers/Warriors/Lakers fall off, NOP will have their number
Sactown's ceiling as constructed is a 7 seed and first round exit until they decide to unleash [a healthy] Marvin Bagley . They also need to trade Hield who I am a fan of but simply wont fit in a backcourt with Fox.

That always comes back to my main sports take... Small market teams shouldn't exist. If your team isn't a free agent destination the amount of time you can be successful is so limited.

To think that the Lakers passed on Fox for Lonzo:skip:
Magic actually wanted Fox lol, that would have been his glory moment if he went through with it. Lonzo is still good though and if he stays healthy, a very good starting PG with ability to hit 3s and play good D
