Yeah the Giants probably will not be very good.

I think Malik Nabers has the tools to be a top WR, but the team needs to move on from Daniel Jones. In the past you could delude yourself into thinking Jones could be valuable if he was a running threat but that's off the table and his decision-making still looks shaky even going into Year 6.

There isn't much else for the Giants to get excited about. Wan'Dale Robinson isn't a guy that moves the needle and it has to sting that he was taken 10 picks before George Pickens and 13 picks before Trey McBride.

How does anyone make a case for Brian Daboll going forward? He hasn't won enough, and he hasn't really stacked the roster with a strong core of talent.
It's possible the Giants don't win 2 games until November.

That's why Daboll/Schoen are gonna survive this season no matter what IMO, they showed their hand when the first move they made together was to decline the Jones 5th year option. The playoff win put the battery in Mara's back to keep his step-son, I don't see him cleaning house because of his own impulse.

It's also funny, Daboll's seat would be a lot hotter if he didn't squeeze out those wins with DeVito and avoid a start to finish disaster season - but if he never got those wins they would've been in position to draft one of Caleb/Daniels/Maye and Hard Knocks proved they 100% would have. Catch 22.
