I’m going with the Komodo dragon.

Cheetahs are non-aggressive as stated, but if you move in for the kill with the knife and it is forced to defend itself it could do some damage with its claws and agility.

With the komodo if it gets it’s jaws on you it’s night-night, but they are the least quick/agile animal on the list. If you can avoid it’s bite, you can get behind it and land a clean kill strike with the knife to the base of the skull.

Komodo’s are mad quick. Especially in a small space like a Octagon. I see no scenario in which we would win
