Yall gonna kill me for this but this team is talented enough for me to not really care about the regular season. Like, whatever we do is what we do, I’m strictly judging them by what they do in the playoffs at this point.
I know that’s wild to say after 3 games but I’ve seen enough. Everything we need is there and that’s without Grimes shooting even added to the picture yet.

With so many teams having slow starts, I can definitely see us getting a top 5 seed again and avoiding the play in. At which point it’s a playoff series win or this season was a dud imo.

I’d like to clarify that this is if we stay fairly healthy. Obviously if we have a couple major key injuries and come in as a 6-10 seed things are different.

But after that is when we'll really get to gauge the Knicks. Starting Friday, the schedule is Bucks, Cavs, Hawks, Sixers, Celtics, Wolves, Nets in succession. We'll get a good idea of how they'll deal with quality opposition there. Or at least we'll know what needs to be fixed.

And we took one of the best teams in the west to a coin flip L. Just last year we used to lose to bad teams. Orlando beat us twice and they’re a better team now than they were last year. I’m confident we’re going to steal games from better teams.

We also have Denver, Warriors, Phoenix, Portland, and OKC all in their houses. We have Bucks and Memphis again to finish November. We only require this month to see if this team is worthy of playin-, playoff, or just tank
