I just want to point out that all those lobs happened while I Hart Radio was on the floor. He pulls that 5th defender to the arc cause you have to respect his shot. If Mitch is on the floor his man is just gonna sink into the post regardless of where he is or what he's doing. That's my only issue with Mitch. He has no offensive game.
Then run these plays for Mitch

Can’t extend him anymore. We can offer him a contract at the end of the season. But as a restricted free agent he can go get any contract he can and we have the right to match it or not.
True but hopefully they come to terms…

true but Mitch is good at sealing defenders to either rebound and yam the ball or give Brunson, Randle, and RJ one less guy they have to defend as they attack the paint. Obi doesn’t have the handle to drive through defenders but the starting three does.

Yeah I'm not saying replace Mitch with Obi. I'm saying that there are certain plays/opps that are created when Hart us on the floor. A good coach would continue to exploit that to take advantage of everyone else's strengths.

Doesn't make sense because the play works because Obi is a "threat" to his defender at all points of the floor. Mitch poses no threat from anywhere outside of a pick and roll.
Eh. Obi isn’t that much of a threat right now. Teams aren’t game planning for him, the Knicks just actively looked to get him looks at the rim. They can and I’m sure will do the same for Mitch. Brunson is starting to look for him more than any other pg we’ve had but we miss easy Mitch buckets at least 3-4 times a game.
