you can not be part of da teams plans and still play when we are down 2 starters and our main bench player (obi). Please dont even attempt to defend how stupid this is

I thought Rose looked decent during the few mins he got, definitely couldve had him out there more, especially towards the end for better decision making.

Dallas basically played 6-7 players also the entire night. If Thibs didnt have Grimes on the free throw line next to a whole 7 footer at the end, nobody is complaining about not playing fukkin evan fournier.

The Knicks need a bigger wing defender if they don't trust Cam to handle it. Luka and Pascal pretty much cemented that need. I'll guess they've dodged that move because when Obi gets back, they don't want anyone getting in his way to at least 15 mins a night. But this squad needs a defender against 3/4 players.

I saw someone post the numbers and they've shot so bad from the free throw line that teams are outscoring them by 7 points at the free-throw line despite averaging roughly the same attempts. That's brutal!

I also think heads are sleeping on the Obi effect. Teams have adjusted to Sims/Hart and the second unit has been chased off the floor fast as hell lately. Even with Brunson, Obi and Barrett out, we had Hart, Sims, and Rose play 13 minutes or less.

Unreal. The team is short handed and yet he still pulled this nonsense. He’s a stubborn jackass.
I'll keep saying this that this whole situation reminds me of what happened to Austin Rivers when he said/did something Thibs didn't like (about load management). He got banished to the bench & then traded. And this is one of the reasons I don't like him. He puts his own stubborn BS before the better of the team. He's doing exactly what he did in Chicago & Minny as far as load management & he still hasn't learned from it

I will be real intrigued to see what happens with Grimes when Rj comes back. That kid showed a lot yesterday and Thibs literally went with a Grimes and Julius you go two man game and win it for us offense and it almost worked.

Grimes struggles a little bit with putting the ball on the floor but that seems something that can be easily fixed as he’s already made improvements from last year (shoutout to Penny).

I really want to see will there be any touches/changes between him and Barrett. If Brunson was healthy there’s a real good chance that kid could have dropped 40 last night
