Barrett has looked terrible since last spring, and it seems like the solution has just been let him play/shoot his way out of it. It's just not working and forget "inconsistency", its a horrible look to be playing the worst ball of his career right when he gets paid. At some point he needs to get reeled back in, either by sitting him for a game or putting him back on corner 3 duty for a bit.

We can't keep trying to cover for RJ. The excuse was he was is young and will work his way out of it because he's a gym rat. All these years and the same flaws from his rookie season are still there.

This team needs to trade Randle and Fournier yesterday and then get a new coach who can rein in RJ or create a better offense.

fukk outta here. If your mechanics trash and you can’t shoot you can put up 1000000 of them shyts and your percentage wouldn’t change. It’s crazy to me how people much smarter than me saw this kid and said you know what, he will develop all these things he should’ve developed years ago while he’s in the league
You gotta be Bron/Giannis levels of athletic for that strategy to work where you can just son nikkas in the lane and finish when nothing else works

But they double down and sign him when it was obvious from the playoffs in 2020 that he wasn't it.

Brunson, I'm willing to say was a good signing in a vacuum - but he'll help this trash team win more often than not which is terrible for this bipolar ass fan base that actually thinks a few wins here or there means we're on the cusp of turning things around.
This is a horribly constructed team and we do not have the leadership to get us out of it. Old white men don't change course, they double down. This is the trash team we'll have until Dolan steps in.
Enjoy a few streaks here and there in between. Enjoy some flashes.
We had our chance to consolidate and blew it and we'll be caught again with our pants down when it's time to deal with Obi and IQ because we overplayed our hand.
The one time in 30 years this organization has a chance to negotiate from a position of power and they blew it; old white men in business shyt.
It's fun popping in here periodically to see the meltdowns.
