I'll keep it buck. I just said RJ is playing like shyt. What more you want to hear? He's been streaky his whole career. A lot of people like the idea of young players but then don't want to deal with the issues that come with having young players. They're inconsistent, they have obvious flaws and sometimes that shyt doesn't go away. Barrett and Obi became poster boys because they played well when no one else did last year. But no one ordained them as a guaranteed anything. Fans want the way cleared out so these dudes can sink or swim.@storyteller keep it a buck.. Quiet as kept, to start the season barrett was playin trash.. Its easier for knicks fans to play Randle is the issue, the card, he the cancer
And maybe he aint the answer, but he aint been playing worse then barrett, u were juss in here talkin bout how barretts numbers werent so bad just a week ago
Even delusional knick fans said he wasnt playing well because he was ill
, but it been this way all Year and a good portion of the year before
Barrett was Knicks TV poster boy as the future, last year and the past off szn, and they all startin to admit he lookin funny in the light.. And has to get it together
No one sayin rose should play 25 to 30 mins.. Sure some games maybe he kan if situation kalls for it, anywherz between 17 to 20 to start season would be fair
But he shouldn't be benched for a chucker, like IQ playin double the mins, and bein half as effecient.. Especially when rose has it goin
The point isnt total mins.. Its when he is played and how he is played, to start season with rotations he averging 12 mins a good few times even less, therz has been specific games where he has got t going and been subbed out thats on thibs
Aint no one expecting rose to. Play 30mins a game.. Thats kap
And you're still ignoring the reality about Rose. He physically cannot handle a bigger workload. I ASKED for a bigger workload for him, there are a few recaps this year where I allude to as much. He just started getting that bigger workload. His play looked better for sure, but he got hurt and sat out the second half. That's after five games with a bigger role in the offense. He couldn't last 6 games in the role you wanted without needing time off.
And just for the sake of crystal clarity. The role has been, first guard off the bench and checking in for Brunson. He's literally gotten lead guard minutes with the starters for the past 6 games...but
