i dont no if rose needs to play more or not, but he definitely saved our season when he was traded here and we were definitely shyt last year without him
the point being, thibs needs to experiment with shyt more. like shyt, play grimes and cam together a little bit and see how dat works out

He just started getting more minutes and got injured immediately after. Yall keep ignoring the injury-prone elephant in the room when we discuss why Rose doesn't get more playing time.

Preview of my closing thoughts in today's recap:
I would have never guessed IQ would be the best defender on the team. Rookie year I thought he was just a Lou Williams type but I think as a starter he’s prob the best option at 2

The elephant in the room is the fact that IQ kant shoot a lick over what % in 3 szns and RJ has been beyond horrible AGAIN ,bein paid how many M's not progressed but regressed as a player.. I kant see 1 thing he worked on in the off szn
knick FO/ fans wanted to build around both.. Id say that more so qualifies for that statement

I surely hope you dont think jalen AND rose should play together considering how bad the defense would be. the value in iq is that he's by far been the best defending guard on the roster.

No one's pretending IQ is shooting well or that RJ hasn't been playing like shyt. Everyone would like Rose to be able to play 25 mpg at his typical level. He's not physically capable of it right now. shyt is beyond obvious and you keep popping in to blame everyone else. He's older, injury prone, and it took less than 2 weeks of him becoming the first guard off the bench for him to leave a game with an injury.

The scary thing is that when it's time to make a move, they may be inclined to do something dumb for short-term wins because they're as likely to get fired as Thibs is if things don't turn around.

If Grimes is past his Plantar Fascitis then he's the better option. He's a more consistent shooter and as good or better on defense.
But I think IQ's shooting is way better next to a PG whether he starts or comes off the bench.

And maybe he aint the answer, but he aint been playing worse then barrett, u were juss in here talkin bout how barretts numbers werent so bad just a week ago

No one sayin rose should play 25 to 30 mins.. Sure some games maybe he kan if situation kalls for it, anywherz between 17 to 20 to start season would be fair
But he shouldn't be benched for a chucker, like IQ playin double the mins, and bein half as effecient.. Especially when rose has it goin
The point isnt total mins.. Its when he is played and how he is played, to start season with rotations he averging 12 mins a good few times even less, therz has been specific games where he has got t going and been subbed out thats on thibs

Fournier gettin benched. Rose havin nulbers kut, your makin way for 1 of the most ineffecient startin guards in the league.. Not hittin shots x now not even playing reasonable D, which was a kallin kard of his last year.. ( bein a better 2 way player)
