We didn’t blow a double digit lead and got the W

10 games in. 5-5, not a bad start. You can afford to lose to good teams, as long as you beat the bad teams and split with the other teams in the same tier.

The 5 losses, were to all teams with better records than us last season.

3 of our wins, were against bad teams, 1 of the wins was against the same tier team like wolves, and then we beat an injured sixers.

I’m happy with our start, the league is very competitive and a lot of good teams

I'm cracking up because I wrote in my recap this morning

I hope this makes sense to others who watched this 10-game stretch. But this has been the most .500 stretch of basketball that I’ve ever seen in my life. The Knicks jockeyed back and forth from “on the verge of collapsing” to “on the verge of a breakthrough” on a game-to-game basis. They beat the teams they were supposed to while failing to overcome any tougher match-ups on the schedule.

And then a few tweets from the stat heads confirmed my eye-test take.
