Yeah, but "Hollywood" isn't some conspiracy. It's a bunch of people with money and power doing each other favors and pushing their own agenda. What made Will Smith different is he's still an active A-list actor pushing his kid, he's black, and that drew a lot of attention. That kind of stuff is normally backdoor and you never directly hear about it. There are all kinds of stars' kids getting bit roles and big roles in movies. Carrie Fisher in Star Wars was Eddie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds kid.

Jaden Smith has a resume now. If he goes in on any audition, just his name will get a producer sweating.

A lead role in Karate Kid 2 and 2 TV shows on the way. Once you're IN with Hollywood, you're IN. Long as he keeps earning and doesn't piss off producers, he can be as Hollyweird as he wants. This is what MJ and Prince figured out. Being a freak just gets you more media.

Nobody is pushing Gosling. He has the looks and everything to have a go at it, but if you look at his film choices, he clearly has no interest in being a star.

Lol. This thread is just people naming actors they hate. Ryan Reynolds may not be the best actor out there, but he's far from a failure. That CAC overachieved something serious. Besides, he's not even that bad of an actor.
