1. Rick slowly turning crazy
2. They line about feeding his sons other eye to him, makes sense as a threat. He also said "feed the boys eye to his father and then we will start". That would only work for 1 person - Rick. No one else would have kept quiet knowing they were about to be beaten.

3. The last day on earth speech was directed to Rick and if there were any hints to who got it, that would be a big one.

damn this finale is getting destroyed all over the place. how do you end such a great season like that?....can't think of a worse possible way to go out. ALL they had to do was reveal who got killed and the show would be getting praised by everybody. they ruined the whole season with that bullshyt.

rewatched the final scene again. when he was like "you....are.....".....the final shot ended on rick....but then you can see negan's shadow move to the right of the screen....which would be rick's left. the 4 people to rick's left were sasha, the homo, carl, and eugene. we know it's not carl. we know it's not eugene cause he signaled to his right when saying to cut carl's eye out. so it's down to sasha and the homo. and we already know who that's gonna be. he's by far the safest choice to make.
