My question is Negan kept saying he just was going to beat someone up REALLY bad...but the way he hit the person over the head like that, with blood gushing we're definitely led to believe the person is about to die...so are we 100% that someone is going to die?

They are following the source material, hence the meet and greet with Negan tonight, you can say they make changes but at the end of the day they're still heading in the same direction regardless of the road they take.
The issue is that they are ratings hungry more than anything else, if AMC were in charge of GoT it would be a mess.

The reception for the finale has been extremely negative, check twitter, check FB, check instagram, check whatever social media you can think of, people are shytting on that ending everywhere.
They dropped the ball big time.
Yeah, and they typically have good build ups and don't use mid-season cliffhangers during that same season.
This finale was so obvious from the jump, they just drove around for 45 mins wasting time until you get to see Negan, then they burn another 10 minutes. Everything about it was done to set up next season, the source material this was an iconic moment, now these morons with their poor information protection will have the reveal spoiled.
People knew there was a cliffhanger coming for more than a week now, we'll know who was killed by the middle of summer when it leaks because AMC cannot kep anything secret
Nah, unfortunately HBO had a chance to get this show and passed, shyt would have been so much better with them instead of AMC.
This is AMC's cash cow, it's not going anywhere, and they're going to drive it into the ground with over saturation (Fear the Walking Dead) and stupid decisions like this finale.
