It's someone to the right of Rick, but that final POV is a mind fukk. The group is completely surrounded, yet after the first hit, we see ground, and as the cameras rises nothing is behind Negan, just woods and darkness

Guys, the ending wasn't the only POV scene, there were several beforehand and they were from within the vehicle. I definitely think it's Daryl now. All the POV scenes point to him, and he seems like he would take it like a man.

I think the pov scene at the end was like the "did you pay attention?" things they would give you at the end of those mystery shows. The key is finding out who the pov scene was for in the rv & how many people are down from Carl, Negan was looking at Carl when he told them to cut his eye out and feed it to Rick. It definitely seems like it's Daryl though
