Majority of cac broads are NOT French,they are only French in one region of the country...

In the metropolis areas (Montreal,Toronto) you have a higher concentration of euro cac chicks that are not so westernized in terms of culture..Italian,portuguese,spanish,greek...

3. There are 35 million people living in Canada most of them being concentrated near the US border (so let's say about 75% of them are white, compared to 72% whites out of roughly 300 million Americans).
4. Most signs, food labels, products in general have to be in both French and English, it's a law. But French speakers mostly live in Quebec/Maritimes.
