Yeah. And they don't do it in the pot. They put it in a big bowl after cooking both and then mix them up together before serving it. It comes out great.
That's not the traditional Italian way of eating it.
In Italy they mix the pasta with the sauce thoroughly before serving it to you. Once they serve it to u its already all mixed up. That's the traditional way of doing it.
Also most people over-sauce the pasta ...... the traditonal way is lightly sauced just enough the coated the pasta. soupy over sauced pasta is

i'm a chef and every time I get an order for a well done steak i know its going to a black person or a really old white person. Those seem to be the 2 largest groups of steak ruiners.
