The taste of well cooked and prepared pasta noodles without sauce >>>>> pasta with sauce already spread all over. I like to put the noodles on the side, seasoned nicely, with a little sauce on top or on the meat on the side

Putting it altogether is for broke college meals. :( If mine is altogether, it's baked up with chicken/shrimp/chicken sausage with mozzarella baked on top.

A nice homemade chicken parmesan with the noodles on the side = heaven:

They cook "pasta" alot different

But shid... I like my Spaghetti to look like italian gumbo

That's not the traditional Italian way of eating it.

In Italy they mix the pasta with the sauce thoroughly before serving it to you. Once they serve it to u its already all mixed up. That's the traditional way of doing it.

Also most people over-sauce the pasta ...... the traditonal way is lightly sauced just enough the coat the pasta. soupy over sauced pasta is :scusthov:

If you have a a good cut of steak you should be eating it rare. Just because you grew up eating discount rickets meat doesn't mean all your steaks have to be cooked until they are shoe leather.

i'm a chef and every time I get an order for a well done steak i know its going to a black person or a really old white person. Those seem to be the 2 largest groups of steak ruiners.

@ UGK and Turenne ... "Well done" may as well be nothing. Being people who know food, I don't have to tell you that it ruins the flavour, texture and colour of the meat. It's a waste of steak.
