interesting. I honestly just wanted to see what that hair lookin like. I don't think black women are wearing weaves and perms to be white, but rather because its easier to manage and it's fashionable. The body of hair is not even 'white', white people have limp stringy hair, while most blacks when they perm look more black and silky like asian/middle eastern/latina.
He was trying to state that black women were making a mockery wearing 'white people' hair, and that white women never try to imitate black women. I don't think either are trying to imitate. I don't think white women tan their skin and get lip injections to 'be black' tan skin and thick lips are not exclusive to black people, just like straight hair is not exclusive to white people. They do it for the aesthetic. This insight was given to me by numerous black women, and not a pseudo-assumption. *ahem*

Yup...that's exactly why Chappelle stopped doing comedy...because people, (mostly white) didn't understand where his skits and pieces were stemmed from...most people took it as an open invitation to be straight ignorant when it came to black people when Chappelle was just trying to crystallize the subtle nature of racism in modern America.

I get this weird vibe that he low key listens to rap behind closed doors. Going back to my argument, there are alot of uptight cacs that do, its an admiration they are too embarrassed to express.
