Im not gone front like sometimes i dont get on here just to say bullshyt BUT I was being sincere in this thread.

The op says black people should own guns and be able to protect themselves, presumably against explicit and implied white supremacist forces.

That is well and good, but my point is that plenty of black ppl already own guns, but they are being used "for good" or in the manner he's promoting. They are using the guns against other black ppl. What good is gun dissemination if it's being used to hurt your own people ? The emphasis should be on responsible and defensive gun ownership, not simply gun ownership. If u randomly give out 10000 guns, how many of them do you think will be used on other black ppl, and how many do you think will be used for legitimate defense ?

Pointing out these facts doesn't mean that I discourage black gun ownership, it means that I discourage irresponsible gun ownership

I have even gotten surprised with my mother being nervous about me owning guns and she used to be a cop. Maybe because I'm her only son.

My aunt was a federal agent and she just gives me the lowdown on everything and is cool about it.
