If you do some research, you'll most likely find that there is some crazy restrictive gun law in urban areas/predominately black areas and lax laws elsewhere. One would think that if you live in a high risk area, you should be able to protect yourself. White folks living in a utopia have a full arsenal in their basement.

I think if there were laws that encourage responsible gun use, reckless gun use would decrease. You'd at least get to go somewhere for target practice. So when someone does get shot, like that old Chris Rock joke, they must have deserved it.
