I watched about 3 or so mins. To call white people allies is foolish, but all jokes aside you can easily make the argument that Arabs, Hispanics, and Asians are more racist than whites .

You'd have to completely overlook the historical and systemic context that continues to shape society *today* to make that argument. I don't think you could easily justify such a sweeping claim even on a micro level. That's not an "x" can't be racist or as racist argument, because anti-Black racism isn't exclusive to any one group, but your claim?
