I can’t name 5 but Pepper soup and suya:ohlawd:. Jollof is also one of the best dishes I ever had.

Between Nigeria and Senegal I’d put west African food above any European nation that I’ve been too

Really dislike the way we lean into this seasoning shyt while simultaneously dying of hyper tension and heart disease more than anyone on the planet. Flooding your food with MSG and salt doesn't make it better. It just means you're addicted to sodium and processed foods.

The cheeses a lot of Italian foods use are pretty salty. Which, ironically, is why many of them also die of hyper tension and heart disease. If you're eating pasta with pecorino Romano and think you need more salt, you have a problem.
