They've been doing those tours in the BX and Harlem since as far back as I can remember in the 90's.....This is nothing new. Only difference is that now its been given more light. The community has been in an uproar about those tours for decades.

i grew up in the Bronx right next to the Castle Hill projects.
i had family in the South Bronx that we would visit weekly.
shyt was hectic where i lived but the South Bronx....blessed2:krss:blessed1
so many abandoned apartment buildings, empty lots, crack viles, used needles, shootouts...
shyt was normal to me growing up but looking back on it as an adult it blows my mind.
