I've been cat called by all races. I don't need a video to know what types of men do it. It all depends on what area you're in, so it's definitely not something only black men do.

According to feminists, any male sexuality is bad unless the woman wants it. This anti-catcalling movement is a rallying call for men to heap shame upon other men who take initiative with women they don't know--unless, of course, the woman is attracted to that man. Then it's okay.
Women don't want all men to stop talking with women they don't know, just the men who 'creep them out.' Feminists admonish men to 'read her signals' and only talk to her if she looks like she wants to be talked to. But these women don't take initiative with men. It is the man's job to take initiative with women and if she decides that she isn't attracted to him, then he shouldn't have done it in the first place. Axiomatically they are creeps.
If they don't think the man is above them then the man is a creep.

The more she talks the dumber this video post seems......How are people on the street suppose to know your grandfather died the day before and you don't want to be talked to. I understand most people want to mind their own business on the street, but the stuff she says is hysterical. She sounds young and I hate to say dumb......This chick will be longing for the attention later on in her life, and men will be ignoring her. Then what will her commentary be........The video is agenda driven, but guys need to know how far not to take things as well. All you have to do is use your eyes with women and they'll give you clues on whether or not to approach. Look them in the eye and if they don't make eye contact without the
