Not sure if this is a white dude who used to live in Frisco got priced out and moved to the hood in Vallejo,
or if he's a long time resident of decent part of Vallejo that is starting to deteriorate from people who got priced out of other parts of the Bay.

His intentions seem to be to protect the value of his property, but his methods are going to get him hit.

I do yard work for family members, and I see firsthand the behavior that lowers property value and slowly ruins neighborhoods. Frustrating shyt, for sure.
