I was wondering if anyone else caught that. I thought the op changed the URL. How fitting.
I am glad he stuck up for his daughter. He really loves her, he was so enraged. The emotion he had, is what being a father is all about. He went to war for her. I am also glad a child is out of foster care.
That being said that n!gger lover comment disturbed me. Not taking away from what he did or his love, but there is a clear lack of understanding. He was not being sarcastic. He was shocked he didn't even think people like that still existed.
Have some of you not seen the affects of someone who has no sense of self as a black person? I am happy she has a home and family. At the same time I hope they make/made an effort to connect her with other blacks. Because this won't be her last time. Shielding kids from the turth hurts more than helps.
