I think it was a mix of a bunch of things. Ezekiel mentioned rot I think, plus pipes bursting and then fires. I don't think it happened all at once, there was a noticeable time jump before the last episode and the finale.

Yea as someone from the north east it felt like henry died around the end of november, and this episode most likely took place during a january/feb snow storm. (Yes I know its in VA, but thats the time frame I think we are looking at, since that's when VA gets storms typically)

All those armed grown ass men standing there, and NOBODY thinks to shoot this motherfukker in the head, and end all this?

How the hell did he get ALL those people to do what he wants? It makes me think of all the dictators who were able to maintain a system that continued to harm people, and nobody close to the dictator took him out!

I got mad a looked at spoilers. Rick had opportunities to take Negan out, but didn’t to it!!!!!

If the person who makes the rules is dead, who enforces the rules? Just kill him!
