This whole thing is crazy its why after learning how the world is outside the US that i dont look at light skin people the same way anymore cause its not authentically black this would never have happened if we drew a line in the sand and accepted only brown skin to dark skin people as black .

I mean light skin / mixed /white people can still be our allys but that doesnt mean we should include them into our race. I read on another forum that they first take our culture next our identity and as black men we can stop it cause we are they say so on who is and who is not black

They could never claim our identity unless we allowed it

:mjlol:

So people are supposed to tell their lightskin family members they aren't black even though they have the same parents / family members.

BRB, going to tell my youngest sister she isn't black.

BRB, going to tell Aziz from India he's black, because he's dark.

My moms light skin but im dark most people when she tells them im her son they are shocked . Shes knows what I think I have said I think light skin people are admixtures and depending on who they procreate with their kids can range from different skin complexions from tan to very dark brown my father is black very dark skin probably got with my moms cause she was light skin . I know its something a lot of people dont like to hear especially if you were raised to think a certain way I really think black people need to study west africa and see what most of the faces look like there

You really think fresh off the boat black people looked like Beyonce, Chris Brown, Rihanna . Im not trying to sound condescending when I was younger born and raised in the US I thought just like most black people do in the states but I have always been in to history and I saw and learned a lot about my people

Its a very touchy subject for some cause it causes them to question their identity and what they grew up thinking to be true

That's a full blooded Fulani man from West Africa.

All western Africans don't look alike.

:francis:

And of course no African American or slave decendent is full African.

Snoop Dogg is a dark skin man, but he's only 71% African, with the rest being 23% native American and 6% European.

Neguinho da Beija-Flors is 67% European and 32% African and is darker than the full blooded African.

So unless people are about to go DNA testing people too see them percentages, who has the right to police blackness?

People were just going off on Creflo because he was trying to get a 65M jet.

You don't think there'd be outrage if it came out that Creflo never even believed in God?

White people adopt black kids all the time :dahell:

Tom Cruise, Sandra Bullock and Angelina Jolie adopted black kids but they're not walking around saying they're black.

Because clearly shes unstable in that aspect of her self.

That's not normal, she didn't even just do it for a little while she literally did this for over a decade. Meaning she really feels like shes black.
Well her response was....we ALL come from the motherland Africa.

How can you argue with that?

..and you KNOW the white comedians and Fox news is about to rake her over the coals

We can do without white people and c00ns, so why cape for either?

Black women and men do just as much as her, but her efforts are somehow more valuable because she's pink, right? :camby:

The fact that you and many of people always try to find a fine line to defend blatantl disrespect / weird shyt like this does us a disservice. We don't see this in Muslim, Asian and Mexican, we're always the ones copping pleas for these people and their fukkery at our expense

I can't rock with you on this, breh :smh:

But really....what ugly little truth does this incident reveal...not just about the NAACP...but about all of us.

Why are we always so eager to appoint the lite-brite and most biracial looking ones as....not only our eye candy and "10's"....but pretty often as our leaders as well

She's getting attention because she catfished one of the premier African American civil rights organizations in America during a time when its never been more profitable for a news agency or clickbait website to talk about racial tensions.

Duh.

Also, I like you how you ain't even address what I said about all the other people out here putting in work daily getting zero attention but okay. Most importantly though.. The bolded
:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:
The white folks don't like me:sadbron: I can't believe it :to:

On a sorta related note.....
Some of us like to try on this Pro Black people rhetoric and take on a for us or against us position yet we never hold our hero's....Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Charles Barkley, Quincy Jones, etc....accountable for what their BLATANT rejection of Black association has done to our morale.
Basically everyone in Chitown always new Michael's marriage to Juanita was a sham for the cameras from the fact that he had fukked practically every big tittied blonde waitress or bartender in the downtown area

You want to rewrite our history to say Malcolm X, Ida B. Wells, Booker T. Washington, Frederick Douglas, Thurgood Marshall, Mary S. Peake, Langston Hughes, Duke Ellington, Adam Clayton Powell, Huey Newton, Stokely Carmichael, Rosa Parks, Angela Davis - people who literally gave their all for black people - weren't/aren't black? People who went through things you can even imagine today BECAUSE they were black?

Good luck with that :sas2:

By the world, do you mean Brazil? The status of black folks is even more precarious there than it is here and why do you think that is? 60 million strong, a population 5x greater than AfAm, and they're mostly divided by skin color and hair texture, just like white supremacist planned. And who do you think suffers the most as a result?
And you want to bring that crap here? Have people telling their lighter parents, siblings, and children "you're not black, you're an ally":dahell:

Brazil, South Africa, the DR and many others but ill let it be cause I know its not something a lot of people are cool with here . Even if you said those people you listed were not black it takes nothing away from them they fought for rights for anyone who was non-white. Im just saying there needs to be a line drawn in the sand because if we dont you will get people like rachel calling herself black because you have redefined what it is to be black .

If every dark skin brown skin brotha on this planet stopped cosigning anyone with a little bit of black in them no one could claim our culture or claim to be our race cause we hold the keys to that no one questions us cause they know who we are without a doubt.

In SubSahara Africa most people are dark skin with coily hairy yes there are some light skin people there but they are not the majority and in South Africa they call them coloreds
