Duke was miscast.
It should have been the guy from eragon who was anakin Skywalker. All that miscast idiot does is brood and look goofy as fukk at the camera simp'n for padme. Part of the dislike for the sewuels is his wack ass. Most of sequel dislike is for his weak ass. I couldn't wait for obi to kill his weak ass.
I cheer everytime he gets the high ground and wait for the results lying on a molten lava river waiting for that char to take effect.

Obi won was what a hero is supposed to be. Played incredibly since the first sighting in episode one. Then in part two we get this dark haired bullshyt casting decision from Lucas. Who knows he made this movie with his friends and should have made it the same damn way again. Instead he fukked it all up. Then lost his confidence because he did not wanna accept accountability. Plus did no discovery. While never honoring the blueprint to greatness and making it similar or better. when he had the resources to do so.
shyt the whole film industry was industrial light and magic behind what he would do. Star wars was the draw and Hayden being cast was the first royal screw up. It shows the lack of judgement that led to Kathleen Kennedy being hired as a secretary and that bytch can't type. In an era where by grade women are supposed to be incredibly superior. As i know because by original grade. I am a high ranking corporate administrative assistant. Or high skilled typist and secretary. That white privilege boi...i tell ya.

That allowe Kennedy the leeway to fukk up the Disney star wars movies just like they did droids. As it authenticated going away from the highest quality . In favor of favoring a spreadsheet phoney. Except in star wars.

The Clone Wars animated series has the best lightsaber battles bar none. EVERYONE shows off their shyt and the choreography is just pure piff

You can actually tell what style the Jedi/Sith were using by how they fought. The Dooku vs Obi/Anakin fight in that one spire city was flames. Dooku was concentrating on Anglin and forcing him on the defensive with his Makashi, making Obi Wan be the aggressor when its usually flipped when those two are fighting together.

Whole series is pure piff and yall need to check it out. One of the best pieces of Star Wars media imo.

That shyt look like layout with cheap expensive rendering tho.
As it goes you can watch it cause of the lush color palette and color coded characters. Yet it is some bullshyt to voltron and robotech. To even ninja scroll.
That i just find it hard to watch. As i feel it feels cheap as droids did. The story telling is excellent. Except this is star wars.

Everything is supposed to be beyond untouchable level.
This star wars cartoon is retroactive to what star wars as a gateway property in premise is supposed to be. The animation style is regressive and a slap in the face. to people who really watch star wars. I find it completely divisive and feel forced to watch.

While trying to stop critique'n it somewhere of the visual quality. Somewhere lower than droids, to ewoks and the lowly star wars Xmas special as well. That proved. You can not ever do star wars on the cheap and expect it to resonate. plus you can not deviate from central themes in star wars. Which is star wars Is about what if the golden boi was evil. Then when we finally get to see the golden haired golden boi be evil. Lucas cast this talentless Hayden as Anakin who becomes vader. With the same type of low quality as the droids, and the star wars Xmas special. While never once even being as charming. as any ewok in the ewok cartoon. Nor being this great hero. who was anywhere near any heroic ewok character in ewok the cartoon male or female.

Lucas totally fukked up with his casting. When he was supposed to get this exactly right. Then he let some dragon movie do Anakin Skywalker way way better in just one movie that had no sequel in eragron. So when you need this transition. To the cartoon. Plus a character who resonates as the hero. Anakin is drawn just like that hack. in even worse art style and it makes the whole shyt an even worse combination of what tha fukk is this...star wars Xmas the animated series? That once you see how bullshyt layout it is made. You just can not vouch for it all the way as a high quality star wars piece wholeheartedly. As the art style says Disney droids meets trash computer animation all at once. No real star wars fan over time can not unsee. You can not make a real star wars fan unsee the bullshyt they made mistakes on. As star wars is to be done exactly right. Or you create exactly why everything in this spread sheet line itemization world becomes low quality in a business like war of attrition on quality.

Star wars the animated is just as bad as that batman animated vignette anime style compilation. Where they get the animators from the anime funk cartoon vignette to do batman. Which is oftputting. As they have no real art aesthetics frfr on their computer animation rendering. To capture batman frfr. It looks like a three year old drew that shyt and it is oftputting. Same as this here. It is oftputting. At least with batman. We have seen them change animation regressively for the domestic audience. So that works. For some casuals who do not and never saw better. Yet for the continent gateway that is star wars. That regressive trash animation from the batman series will not ever do. As we were raised on robotech, gi joe, voltron, pole position, Harlock, Yamamoto etc. We expect better and to not get it from star wars is not to be accepted. Batman gateway fans like regressive block built animation. That shyt ain't rockin with real gateway star wars fans at all.
