Prequels and it’s not even close...Say what you want about them but they let the Jedis flex a lil. Meanwhile the sequel trilogy didn’t really let them flex at all with the force or with lightsabers.

That’s why Revenge of the Sith is the most underrated imo. We didn’t get anything even 25% of the Anakin/Obi Wan duel in the sequel trilogy.

and the 'shytfest' fight sequences was miles better than what the other movies had to offer.

please. Give me episode V or Rey/kylo vs the knights any day. You think watching a terrible CGI rendered yoda battling an obvious stunt double or anakin and old ass count dookie is better you nuts. Episode two had some of the worst action in the entire series

bad as the prequels were I can't front like the saber fights weren't hype moments in the theater. my main problem with them is the villains weren't built up at all so there's little to actually be invested in. obi vs ani could've been the best out of all of them but it got too self-indulgent in the end with them swinging off shyt and floating on lava robots it was like a video game

I liked kylo v finn/rey in TFA, felt like some grimy back-to-basics shyt. The film built up kylo as this bad ass, he just killed han solo moments ago, dope old school samurai setting with the snowy forest, all the elements are there. The fact that he lost to her ruined all their following fights though, I couldn't have cared less watching them fight for like the 3rd time in TROS
