I would work for a secret agency not affiliated with any country and put every sub on the surface, work with construction companies in every country, get rid of all nukes, raise the titanic, find stuff under water, throw stuff to the sun, reenact the scene from Hancock with the little kid, play around with the guys from myth busters, hide on different TV sets like ghost hunters, make money at cedar point doing a roller coaster with my mind and whatever fun and helpful things I could think of.

Healing everyone would seem cool in the beginning, especially if u had a sick loved one, but imagine if werd spread... 24/7 people from all over the world knocking on your door or blowing ur phone up. You'll be treated like the 2nd coming

If u choose flying then people are gon wanna shoot u down when u do something grimey or the government agencies will wanna run test on you even if you're benevolent.

Being able to change into any animal present on the earth is prolly the most obvious worst one... Even for a day this would be dangerous. Constantly watching your back...You'd change into something powerful like a male lion and just decide to chill...until two rouge lions try to step to you for your lionesses
