Which Kill Bill film is superior?

vol.2 is like the more character driven movie with a bunch of of good dialogue. I actually almost fell asleep on the second one in theaters actually. Its good tho but i'll prolly never watch it again tbh

I really think it depends on the mood that you're in. I think they are both equally incredible, and RZA did his thing on those scores.

I think I'll favor Vol 1 though.

What I meant is it's really one movie that they split into two because of time constraints.

They really should have just left it as a four hour epic I mean this was in the middle of the Lord of the Rings trilogy ending . I think audiences would have sat through it.

I watched part one the other day and immediately had to throw on part 2 to continue the story

Vol 2 was wack to me. Didn't need her origin, she's a bad ass assassin, that's all that needs to be known. That animated short in Vol 1 of Oren was piff, absolute PIFF.

breh LOTR : return of the king was 3 hours 35 min and came out 2 months after kill bill 1 and it was the highest grossing one of the trilogy.

i think people woulda stayed another 20-25 minutes for something unique like this..just maybe have a quick intermission halfway through
