Nothing matches the taste of these when it comes to pre-mades IMO

I get em from Dollar General, 2 for 5 out the door. Strawberry, Vanilla, Chocolate, and Latte.
bytches are scrumptious and easy on the stomach; 30 G's of protein for $2.50.

Syntha 6 Vanilla my go to for making my own though - I also recommend what @dfresh said and stock up around Black Friday, that's what I did this year as well. Copped a couple tubes of that Ghost shyt to play with some different flavors.

It's not the cheapest but I use Whey Isolate from Nutrabio.

Like $90 for a 5 lb container.

I wouldn't recommend it because it's pricey but I can afford it.

Most everyone else should probably just get Optimum Nutrition's whey protein.

I got rent due, how the hell can I afford to pay $40 for a damn 10 pack of shakes? :wtf: I fukked around and skipped buying eggs last month.
Hit up grocery stores breh. Like Kroger.....u in bthe Carolinas right? Kroger owns Harris Teeter. You can sometimes find protein powder on clearance.

I would never buy the pre-made shakes. You're throwing money away. Make your own and u can add frozen fruit etc
