For the BB, it depends on what type of bracket is used...but you'll need a crank arm puller:
Universal Crank Puller for Square Taper and Splined Cranks - Park Tool
And for the BB, you'll need a special tool for that too, but there's a few different types:
Bottom Bracket Tool - Park Tool
For the Fork/Headset, it's just an allen wrench, probably a 5mm...there's 2 bolts on the side of the stem that you loosen and 1 on the top of the stem..
