No, the OP isn't facts. The OP is misleading. USA only severely undercuts a few titles meanwhile COD is VERY big in the US. Also this is just $$ only not units so games that have fast legs will sell the most at the start.

If this was top 10 best sellin gPS4 games worldwide you'd see other exclusives up there like Horizon, TLOU and Uncharted 4.

Says ranked on "Dollar sales" e.g not Units. So a game like UC4 which sold 20 million worldwide wouldn't make the US list and it wouldn't make the dollars list since it sold a lot too at a discount.
