1) black and latino life is the least valued in america -- well, no that's a lie: valued even less it the life of poor-ass foreigners working in american sweatshops (see, for instance the factory that collapsed in bangladesh)
2) black life is value even less if another black person took it
3) if an incident cannot be connected to terrorism (And hence to justifying the "war on terror") it is even less valuable

I would think that some black folks are apathetic because we see it all the time with our folks.
This isnt some rare occurrence...these cats shoot up everything every day.
So yea, you are going to get people who yawn at the whole situation.

Ive been in situations where nikkas just starting shooting at each other in broad day light...luckily nobody got hit, but it could have happened.
