That's because the media doesn't care about Black people. When the Boston bombings happened it seemed like the whole world stopped for them cacs. Their precious white people got killed and the culprits were two Muslim brothers. They had their story and ran with it even though they didn't have all the evidence. Here, you have a bunch of poor, Black people who were wounded/killed. Them cacs were probably like good riddance. Once less black person in the world. But, during the Boston bombings they were talking about it every single day for 4 weeks non stop on every channel. This incident happens and you're lucky you even see it on one channel for five minutes. smh! This case will probably go cold like the rest of the black on black crime cases. Sad, but true.

When it comes to the lack of news coverage...I can't say I blame them.

The discussions about "black crime" have been going on forever. We were talking about it in the 80s, the 90s, the 2000s etc etc...we'll have a shooting today...we'll have a shooting tomorrow...we'll have more a month from now, and more years from now.

We could fast forward 20 years and we'll still be talking about this crap.

No one likes to admit it...but Bill Cosby is right.

but Brehs, in many of our inner cities black on black crime is high so yes it was a tragic event, it's not news to "them"

homicides/shootings are daily in some of our black populated cities so to the news media, this is just something that fell off of that branch

now if it was a white shooter shooting black citizens at random than YES this would be NEWS, there is some type of sensationalism in the headline...something to cause a uproar......add to the string of random shootings that this country have been facing

but with this event...it kinds of fit along with the black on black crime that goes in daily in many of our lower income inner city areas

so we need to address that ANGLE 1ST, we need uprage every time a brother is layed down for something senseless

Some white folks believe it or not will ride with us when we are taking a legit stand at something that benefits us like black on black genocide

but honestly it was just another gang retaliation most likely. some dumb ass teenagers playing gangsters saw their target but were too scared to walk up to them and shoot so they stood 20 feet away with their eyes closed clutching an uzi and sprayed and then ran back to the block.

if it was a bomb placed by a racist white boy or a terrorist, the victims color doesnt matter. THATS news.
