yeah channel surfing I catch my good friend raw. Watched a Roman promo and it was brutal.

1. Where is the instesity? Roman reigns was fighting backstage and the commentators were like

“ wow there really going at it :francis:

Then pure silence for a good minute

“Wow things are heating up :beli:

Awful just awful they sounded like they don’t wanna be there.

Bonus: kurt angle came out and he was talking with Roman reigns shyt sounded so forced.

Kurt: don’t do it..... it’s wrong :beli:

Roman: I gotta do.... what I gotta do :leostare:

Kurt: no Roman :beli:

Roman: I must...do it :leostare:

Pritchard said on the Mania 9 episode that's why JR lost his spot. When he hired him, he loved his personality and passion that he showed while commentating. And as the years went on, he began to dislike those very same things.

Makes sense the guys after JR would be cookie cutter and not standout because that's exactly what Vince wants

I believe it.

Rumor was that was the same thing that happened to Mauro on Smackdown.

:sas1:Where are those marks who said Big Dave was wrong about the watered-down product making people nostalgic for the past on the Network?

You doing it wrong breh:francis:. You watch WWE for the fukkery and self torture. You get intensity from the following promotions:

NJPW:

DDT:

MLW:

CHIKARA:

JR: "Austin is on his way to the building"

Young Me: :leon: :banderas: :krs:

Makes a difference man. The more engaged they are with the product, the more I am as a viewer. When they lame out, it puts me to sleep. JR and Gorilla didn't care what the match was or the story being told, they gave everything the same level of attention and passion.

Half the time now I got Raw playing in the background now while I'm doing other shyt and the lack of enthusiasm from the commentators makes it seem like it they're doing the same thing :pachaha:

They're working on catch phrases and monikers.

"The big dog!"
"It's Boss time!"
"The lunatic fringe!"
"The Architect!"
"The Rockstar!"
"The Cock Knocker!"
"The Basura!"
"The Way We Were!"
"The Ides of March!"
"The Five Dollar Footlong!"
"The Quack Attack is back Jack!"

They want The Brand to be the star. They don't want anything or anyone getting bigger than The Brand. Heat/Intensity/Emotion/Passion = No no's.

Everyone is doing their jobs perfectly.

They're working on catch phrases and monikers.

Yup, these sum it up almost entirely. They're so focused on "telling a story" and presenting themselves as a legitimate sport that tuy ended up emulating Joe Buck calling Browns/Bengals in the middle of December.

It's like we're going through that weird post Jordan era of the NBA where it was clear that Stern didn't want any one star growing to be bigger than the league again. They seem so afraid to let any one call by an announcer or any one wrestler reach the height of being a real moment in culture that they're in the middle of fukking themselves over. shyt is crazy.
