Still a place for him as an energizer off the bench who can change the tempo of the game. If he's content with that then someone will pick him up.

I'm a bit confused by your post. Russell Westbrook is still explosive and athletic and can contribute
Did u watch a young Russell Westbrook? No one could stay in front of him. He was the top athlete in the league. He keyon fooling status now u sound crazy. He 36 years old bruh cats can stay in front of him and push him to his worst spots. Have u watched him in his thunder days vs the past 4 seasons?

He used to have that middy on lock... how the f*ck do you lose your jumpshot?

He's never been that consistent of a midrange shooter, it's just he took a lot of them so it became his image.

His prime was basically 2011-2020. In that time, he varied from 33% to 44% from 10-16 feet. In his best years 2012-2018, he shot 40%, 40%, 44%, 40%, 43%, 43%, 38%.

From 16-23 feet over the same period, he varied from 35% to 44%. Those 2012-2018 years he was 44%, 39%, 42%, 36%, 39%, 35%.

So he in terms of straight #'s, he was a capable midrange shooter but not an elite or consistent one, even at his absolute prime.

fukk a jumper look at his FTs

You're right about that, his FTs fukking cratered.

Russ doesn't fit on a contending team nor a young team. What he needs is a team that is content competing for the play in tourney and wants a big name.

Nets, Bulls... come on down.

Wizards are gonna lose Tyrus Jones, so they'll need a starting point guard.

Westbrook - Poole - Kuzma would be must-see television. They could probably get Christian Wood from the Lakers too to fill them out inside.
