you mean the other way around....right ? it never started as a dark drama :heh:

na i mean it that way there was a lot more drama to it at the start with a bit of comedy thrown place all the sexual undertones with Nancy that made it a really good watch, then a bit after
her son killed home girl at the pool
they rampped up the sexual stuff and comedy and forgot all about the drama for the most part

but the first 3 seasons had no real drama.then the tunnel/mayor shyt that dragged for a while was utter drama...or you mean after that

A Mississippi Cotton Field
shark jumping;

catering to the fantasies of fat single white chicks, married bored chicks and white gay men in suburbua.

I say that and have never watched an episode of the show nor read spoilers. All I've ever watched were the opening credits for the themesong and the nostalgia for Eerie, Indiana.

Judging from the premise, I'm right, aren't I.

they tried to make her too big..

the original premise was cool. mom living in the burbs having to deal weed to support her family.

get some gangs involved.. police troubles.. cool.

killing off dea agents and getting involved in cartels? cmon.

the cast was better with the white guys, dave chappelle's mexican friend and u-turn/conrad plus celia/heylia.

Yeah I agree with this too. The whole thing with the agents and cartels became unbelievable because of the way everything was handled. But the part that always trips me out is how Nancy and the family went on the run, making new identities, working at a hotel and continuing to sell while still on the run. There was just too much going on at once.

10 seconds into season 5. I guess you could say the moment Shane hit ol' girl with the mallet while :whoo:, also mortally wounded the show.

yeah, they really just advanced the story along too fast. All that shyt with the cartels/burning down Agrestic/killing DEA agents should have happened in like season 7, and been apart of the finale.

They should have taken their time.

If they kept it in Agrestic for 5 seasons and then moved on I think this show would've been much better. Still, I say the first 4 seasons were some of the best television. Loved the characters. Conrad and Nancy had great chemistry. Plus Heylia was a great frenemie for Nancy. I hate they dropped Celia. The show was at it's best when Andy, Doug, and Celia's husband were up to some scheming.
