Is this a %, are these points that translate to a certain % of more pay out? The more likely clearly means the less of an extra payout, but what does '+4000' mean?
Like the other breh mentioned, thinking of it in terms of what betting $100 dollars can net you makes it easier to understand.
So since the likelihood of Wilder winning by majority decision or by Fury being disqualified are both slim (hence the +4000), you could bet $1 on either of those, and you'd win $40 bucks if either were to happen.
Or you could bet $100 and win $4,000. Same ratio.
The most likely scenario (according to the field) is that Wilder wins by KO (+200), which comparatively gives it a much smaller payout if you were to bet money on that. Basically if you bet 1 dollar on that, you'd win 2 dollars lol. Which is why typically on the more likely outcomes, you typically have to bet more money to get something worthwhile out of it.
