I wouldn't be surprised to see Wilder vs Breazeale next spring, I think they'll need to build Wilder back up a bit before the rematch. Eddie Hearn is going to wait even longer to book Fury/AJ and Fury/Wilder now, he's not risking shyt

I think they pay Breazeale again and run it back immediately.

Wilder won 1 of the first 4 on my cards, it could have been 2 cause the 1st round was a swing round. Round 3 and 4 were pretty clearly Fury to me he got into his rhythm started to outbox Wilder

I have him round 1 for simply being the aggressor. That's it. Other than that, he only won 8 and 12.

I only wished I started recording on my phone 15 secs earlier to get the reaction that happened in the theater when fury went down in round 12...that killshot sounded like a bomb went off in there...ppl started wildin out.

That round 12 is a def round of the year.
I keep forgetting I got the best phone in the world..i should of hit record for the entire 12th round..that's what I'm gonna do for hot fights i go to from now on.

stock rose:
Fury - turns out the old Fury really IS back and he also shoved he is tough as shyt getting up from those 2 KDs, most felt he should have won
Ben Davison his 25 years old coach who many were skeptical about,
Jack Reiss who was considered a good referee before too but he got a lot of praise for his right call of not ending the fight after the second KD

stock dropped:
Wilder - even though many expected him to be outboxed he really looked clueless in many rounds in there following Fury. To his credit he utilized his left hook more as the fight went on but his often praised jab was largely absent, was shut out by Fury's own jab and movement.
Wilder's corner - not many useful technical advices... they did fire him up though before the final round and it almost won them the fight had Fury not get up from that
the Mexican judge who nobody knew before but now everybody knows he sucks

yeah last night was puzzling. i figured wilder learned how to jab, counter, and uppercut....fam just swinging for the fences as usual :francis:

a skilled boxer would've won that shyt easy in the latter rounds
He messed up..he was looking for a fast knockout and didnt jab stiff enough like he usually does. Fury was too elusive and using feints that he fell for...Wilder did have opportunities and those were in those left hooks. He kept trying to shoehorn a power 1-2 and Fury didnt let that be a option at all. But had Wilder changed his game plan and worked a jab often and looked for hooks during the Fury flurries..it would of created better sound openings. He didnt adjust fast enough.

WILDER DID WIN THE 1ST 4 ROUNDS.

SEEMS LIKE YOU DUDES LET THE BIAS COMMENTARY
AND FLOYD MANIPULATE WHAT REALLY HAPPENED.

FURY DIDNT DO shyt IN THOSE 1ST 4 ROUNDS.

Breh, Fury isn't a Al Haymon fighter. Showtime wanted to use this fight to showcase him for a fight with AJ. They desperately wanted Wilder to win. He simply didn't do it, KDs included. Wilder fought off of his back foot repeatedly, something he doesn't do and like the statistics showed, Wilder does _____ against other fighters, he was doing far less than that against Fury. Lennox Lewis saw a Fury win , Andre Ward saw a Fury win, Gabriel Rosado saw a Fury win. Many others saw a Fury win. 4-0 for Wilder in the beginning means that judge should be censured. There is a reason why 'Rochin' was trending earlier on Twitter. His card is a travesty.

Was rooting for Wilder but scored that fight 114-112 Fury (2nd and 4th rounds + the 2 KD rounds) but not mad at the draw (as a final result) as they were a couple of debatable rounds in here. I think scores ranging from 115-111 Fury to 113-113 are all within the realm of possibility. Hell, even a 114-112 Wilder could be considered if you really value Wilder's "aggression" as he was the one moving forward most of the time but this needs really good argumentation. That 115-111 Wilder though is :scust:

The holes in Wilder's game were glaring last night. They were obvious before but against a elite boxer, this was really embarrassing to see smh. I'm disappointed because I thought he actually got better the past few years and fights and that his jab had improved a lot but last night he was terrible and spamming the same combo all night long. Still don't understand why he looped most of his rights because he usually shoots them very straight. His corner is useless, I don't even think they advised him properly in this fight.

Fury on the other hand impressed me. I think my HW rankings are currently (off resumes) AJ #1, Fury #2 and Wilder #3 (King Kong #4). The Fury that "drew" today is one with a huge layoff and a couple of garbage tune up fights. I'm convinced that if keeps his focus next year, he will easily secure the throne. Salute to Gypsy King because that last round was legendary : dude ate a monstruous 2-3 combo, was out on the canvas for a good 5 seconds, got up nonchalently, took a couple of follow up shots, starts clowning Wilder then wobbled Deontay on a counter and had him clinching and on the back foot all in the span of one minute :wtf: This shyt was mad :wow:

However, I don't think that from what we saw in this fight, we can conclude anything regarding a potential AJ-Wilder fight. AJ fights nothing like Fury and it's obvious that Fury was the worst stylistic matchup for Wilder (and that showed). Wilder struggled (but won) in fights against boxers with movement. AJ boxes well and his fundamentals are very good but dude is nowhere near as mobile as Fury and I would still favour Wilder in a fight though less after his bout against Fury

I wish the top 4 would fight each other next year, that would be great. AJ-Wilder and Fury/Ortiz or AJ-Ortiz and Wilder/Fury rematch in Manchester. Winners and losers fight each other :ahh:

I gave him round 2, 9 (first KD was in 9) and 12.and I think 1 could be given to him as well
so either 114-112 or 115-111 Fury

Not too mad about 113-113 either but that's definitely the most generous to Wilder and I personally disagree with it.

Fury made eye contact with the ref. If he's eyes were closed or rolled back the ref would've waved it off

no he didn't. When he went down his eyes were rolling, even the commentors (British) stated that. Where are you basing your facts off of ....other than you made it up

Look at the clips they been posting. They have a close up of Fury and when the ref is over top of him counting Fury makes eye contact with him

bro we all seen teh same clips, we see Fury snap back into it at count of 6 and looked the ref then roll over and get up by 9 (though the ref stopped the count at 8). Again I go by the commentators who stated his eyes were rolling and he was prone for the first 5-6 seconds of the count. We all see it. Then you see the ref check to see if he's alright and have him shake the cobwebs out , which was bullshyt . Let him jog around in the corners to get his legs.

Tyson was knocked down at 2:21 , he got up at 2:12 - 2:11, and they didn't start fighting again again 1:58. Just pointing out facts

Another person that knew Wilder was down on the cards and was hoping that Fury would stay down.
