Atlanta is already gentrified for the most part imo... Black folks can just afford to stay where they stay unless you are a bum ass nikka. They thought Atlantic Station was gonna be their paradise and we took that hoe. They didn't know nikkas had money like that.

The city is loaded with black millionaires and black business owners. Now is it all mostly black owned? Doubt it. This is still the United States from what i understand over 67% white and they own most of the lands so it is to be expected. But Black people have as good a stronghold here as anywhere else in the country

I dont wish BAD on my ppl. I just seen these "Black meccas" get Hipsterized like none other....ie. Brooklyn when the people dont control politicians (isnt the new Mayor in ATL gonna be a White dude?) or the Police. ......You know they can just re-zone shyt, raise property taxes, and have people out of their house in 90 days right?
