The softer the city sounds the worse it usually is.

That's like the old subdivision, apartment complex, project housing anecdote as well....

"Rolling Hills........"
"Oh...shyt, you know what, you might have to Uber or have someone come get you, I don't have enough gas in my car and I got paid but it don't hit my account til like 6am so I gotta go get gas then go straight to work..I don't really have time to drop you off over there......."

I know it's still bad in many areas but Gary ain't as bad as most people think.

It's proximity to Chicago hopefully will help it's rehabilitation over the next couple of decades.
